Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Damalys Diamond. Which is why we offer 30-Day Returns and a complimentary ring resizing. All of the products are under a lifetime warranty. We, as Damalys Diamond, craft all of our jewelry with passion and enthusiasm utilizing professional tools. Every gemstone is inspected by the experts within our team before mounting. Every product is examined in detail and evaluated through three quality control tests to avoid any faulty products. After these processes, the jewelry is certified. A product which doesn't pass the quality control is not certified and reproduced until it reaches the quality standards.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your non-engraved products within 30-Days and get a full refund or gift card. The return shipping fee and insurance are the responsibilities of the customer. Please note that the product must be unworn and in its original condition with the seal still intact to qualify for a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund process may take up to 7-business days depending on your method of payment and bank.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns for Resizing

Damalys Diamond offers you a one time only 30-day complimentary resizing option. You may fill the return form provided below to request a resizing. Please note that while shipping a product for resizing, the return shipping fee and insurance are the responsibilities of the customer. However, if there has been a production error, Damalys Diamond will cover the return shipping. Damalys Diamond will send back the resized product back to you for free.

Resized products may not be returned for a refund.

Returns for Repair

Your product has a lifetime guarantee. Therefore, you may request for a repair if you experience any inconveniences.

The return shipment fee and insurance are the responsibilites of the customer while sending a product for repair. Damalys Diamond will ship back the repaired product for free.

If the stone of your jewelry fell off and you would like to send for remounting, send us the stone itself too. In not doing so, we may request for the price of the stone.

Please be advised that a repaired product may not be returned for a refund.
