What should I do if my payment was not approved?

There could be many reasons which may cause your payment to be unsuccessful. Do your prices include taxes?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Which company handles the shipping?

How long will it take for my order to reach me when it's ready?

How may I track my orders?

An e-mail which includes your Tracking Number will be sent to you after we hand over your order to the carrier. You may track your orders from here.

May I return the product if I dislike it?

Yes, you may return your product within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with it. For more information, please visit our return policy.

What services are included in the warranty?

Every Damalys Diamond product have a lifetime warranty. If there is any sort of deformation or damage due to impact, Damalys is by your side. These tristful incidents are under our lifetime warranty. If the stone on your product falls off, just send it to us. We will repair it for free. Unfortunately, our lifetime warranty is invalid if the stone is lost. You may still send it to us and ask for repair. Only the price of the stone will be asked of you and craftsmanship will be on us.

Damalys Diamond craft all of their products by themselves with materials of exceptional quality. Every product is inspected and certified by the experts in the Damalys Diamond Team.
